NORTH­WEST FLORI­DA BEACH­ES INTER­NA­TION­AL AIR­PORT DIS­AD­VAN­TAGED BUSI­NESS ENTER­PRISE PAR­TIC­I­PA­TION IN FED­ER­AL­LY FUNDED
AIR­PORT IMPROVE­MENT PROJECTS 

The North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, oper­at­ed by the Pana­ma City-Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict Board, here­by pub­lish­es a pro­posed over­all goal for its Dis­ad­van­taged Busi­ness Enter­prise (DBE) Pro­gram three year FY 2021 – 2023 DBE goal of 7.46 % for all FAA- AIP fund­ed projects is estab­lished. FY 2021 a DBE goal of 7.98% is estab­lished for all FAA-AIP fund­ed projects, FY 2022 a DBE goal of 6.30% is estab­lished for all FAA-AIP fund­ed projects, and FY 2023 a DBE goal of 8.09% is estab­lished for all FAA-AIP fund­ed projects. The method­ol­o­gy used in devel­op­ing this goal is avail­able for inspec­tion at the Office of the Direc­tor of Finance & Admin­is­tra­tion, North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, 6300 West Bay Park­way, Mon­day through Fri­day, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The Board will receive and con­sid­er pub­lic com­ments on the pro­posed goals for 30 days from the date of this adver­tise­ment. These goals are estab­lished in accor­dance with 49 CFR Part 26. Writ­ten com­ments may be for­ward­ed to the address­es cit­ed below.
