ADVER­TISE­MENT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Pana­ma City Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict dba North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port is request­ing sealed Bids to fur­nish One (1) New ESCA­LA­TOR for the Air­port. The equip­ment used shall be new, of cur­rent man­u­fac­ture, and must meet all State and Fed­er­al Safe­ty Stan­dards in effect at the time of deliv­ery. Any items appear­ing in the manufacturer’s reg­u­lar pub­lished spec­i­fi­ca­tions fur­nished by the bid­der are assumed to be includ­ed in the Bid Pro­pos­al. Any dele­tions or vari­a­tions from the manufacturer’s reg­u­lar pub­lished spec­i­fi­ca­tions must be out­lined in an attached letter.

All Bids must be received no lat­er than Fri­day, August 2, 2024, by 2:30 pm Local Time. All Bids shall be sealed and deliv­ered or mailed as instruct­ed in the solicitation.

No Pre-Bid meet­ing is planned for this solic­i­ta­tion. The Air­port will accom­mo­date site vis­its for this solic­i­ta­tion with rea­son­able notice. Inter­est­ed bid­ders are encour­aged to con­tact Pro­cure­ment Ser­vices to sched­ule site visits.
