ECP Spon­sors 12th annu­al 30a song­writ­ers festival

PANA­MA CITY BEACH, Fla. (Jan­u­ary 10, 2022) North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port (ECP) is proud to be a spon­sor of the 12th Annu­al 30A Song­writ­ers Fes­ti­val set for Jan­u­ary 14 – 17, 2022 in part­ner­ship with the Cul­tur­al Alliance of Wal­ton County. 

“We enjoy play­ing a part in bring­ing the 12th Annu­al 30A Song­writ­ers Fes­ti­val to life as we con­tin­ue a tra­di­tion that was put on pause last year due to the pan­dem­ic,” said Park­er W. McClel­lan Jr., A.A.E, ECP Air­port Exec­u­tive Direc­tor. ​“We look for­ward to wel­com­ing world-class musi­cians and fes­ti­val atten­dees fly­ing to our Region from all over the coun­try for this year’s event.”

Since the Festival’s incep­tion in 2010, it has become the biggest and most pres­ti­gious song­writ­ers’ fes­ti­val in the south­east, win­ning many nation­al acco­lades and gar­ner­ing sell-out crowds year after year. With over 250 artists in the fes­ti­val line­up per­form­ing over the four-day week­end in 30+ venues, this year’s event is set to big­ger and bet­ter than ever before. Amphithe­aters, town halls, bars, restau­rants and more make up the var­i­ous venues the 30A Song­writ­ers Fes­ti­val pro­duc­tion team will trans­form for the event. This year, the fes­ti­val will even wel­come new head­lin­ers to the main out­door amphithe­ater stage such as Mavis Sta­ples, Chris & Rich Robin­son (the Black Crowes), Dawes, Jen­ny Lewis and Rick­ie Lee Jones.

As the event has always been con­duct­ed, all pro­ceeds will be held in ben­e­fit of the non­prof­it Cul­tur­al Arts Alliance of Wal­ton Coun­ty (CAA), which sup­ports artists, non­prof­it cul­tur­al events and busi­ness­es across the nation. The pro­ceeds of the event will direct­ly fund CAA’s annu­al bud­get and will be inte­gral in the orga­ni­za­tions abil­i­ty to advance Arts in Wal­ton Coun­ty and beyond through lead­er­ship, advo­ca­cy, fund­ing, pro­grams and education.
