Regard­less of whether infor­ma­tion is pro­vid­ed to the North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port by per­son­al vis­it, mail, or web site, it becomes a pub­lic record and is open to pub­lic inspec­tion unless pro­tect­ed by State or Fed­er­al law. Pub­lic records are sub­ject to the rules and require­ments locat­ed in Chap­ter 119, Flori­da Statutes.

If you choose to share per­son­al infor­ma­tion, such as send­ing an email, or fill­ing out an elec­tron­ic form with per­son­al infor­ma­tion, the infor­ma­tion will be saved for a des­ig­nat­ed peri­od of time in order to com­ply with the State of Florida’s archiv­ing poli­cies. Such infor­ma­tion also becomes a pub­lic record unless exempt­ed by State or Fed­er­al law.

North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Airport’s Inter­net site may use ses­sion cook­ies (tokens that remain active until you close your brows­er) in order to make the site eas­i­er to use.
